On a cool December morning as you are enjoying your early morning swim, you will catch glimpses of the magnificent Mauna Kea snow-capped mountain, this is your view from Kohala Coast and especially Mauna Lani.

The master planned resort community of Mauna Lani is located along the sunny Kohala Coast and designed just for you to enjoy the Hawaii Life. Featuring two world-class hotels, the Fairmont Orchid and Mauna Lani Auberge Resorts Collection. Homeowners enjoy access to the Mauna Lani Residents Beach Club with the fabulous Napua restaurant and a stunning white sand beach. For Golf lovers there are two 18-hole championship golf courses, a Fitness Center, Tennis complex and a 25 meter lap swiming pool.

The gourmet Foodland grocery store is perfect to stock up on your local poke and beer.
I love Juice 101, with a wide selection of juices, smoothie salad sandwiches, and of course, a couple of real estate offices splashed along the way.

I’d like to share a little more about the different neighborhoods at Mauna Lani and are definitely the most popular area for vacation rentals and or your Hawaii dream home.

I will start on the South end, Black Sands 49 offer 49 custom homes and available homesites. I recently sold a beautiful slice of land to my dear friend who is going to build her dream home. I love the amenity center; it feels like a spa. They have massage rooms, saunas and my favorite, a cold plunge pool. Honokaope Bay black sand beach has amazing snorkeling and dramatic cliffs.
